Dr. Tarek Kotob has been practicing dentistry since 1982. He is a graduate of the University of Reims, France, and has been exclusively practicing orthodontics since 1985. Over the years, Dr. Kotob has served as Founder and Chairman of the Orthodontic department at the Faculty of Dentistry at the Lebanese University. He also served as a General Secretary and Treasurer at the Lebanese Orthodontic Society (LOS). Dr. Kotob has attended and lectured at dental conferences on topics related to orthodontics all over the Middle East and North African region. Dr. Kotob is an Invisalign licensed provider since 2016 and was an adjunct clinical professor at Schulich Dentistry instructing prospective dentists from 2016-2020. Dr. Kotob is a member of the Quebec Dental Association, Royal College Surgeons in Ontario, and Ontario Dental Association. He is also trilingual: proficient in English, French, and Arabic. Dr. Kotob finds that the daily interactions with his patients is the best part of his work as he gets to learn more about people while working together with his patients to achieve that perfect smile! In his spare time. Dr. Kotob enjoys hiking and travelling with his wife, Hala, of 36 years and his 5 adult children as well as his two adorable grandsons.
